2024 年 5 月 7 日- 蘇州申賽新材料有限公司(“蘇州申賽”)宣布其與位于英國克羅伊登的一家**發(fā)泡材料公司Zotefoams簽署全球聯(lián)盟協(xié)議。

蘇州申賽和 Zotefoams 是兩家業(yè)內(nèi)**的物理發(fā)泡技術(shù)公司，他們在技術(shù)和市場上相互補(bǔ)益。這一全球聯(lián)盟將 Zotefoams 在氮?dú)獍l(fā)泡的百年歷史與蘇州申賽在發(fā)泡技術(shù)上的***創(chuàng)新相結(jié)合。

Zotefoams plc，總部位于英國克羅伊登，是一家**的的高分子發(fā)泡材料制造商，自1921年成立以來，一直在**發(fā)泡材料技術(shù)領(lǐng)域扮演著重要角色。產(chǎn)品被廣泛應(yīng)用于航空航天、汽車、醫(yī)療、高性能鞋底材料等行業(yè)。其是NIKE ZoomX系列跑鞋中底材料的全球***供應(yīng)商。

蘇州申賽總部位于中國蘇州，由擁有20多年物理發(fā)泡研究和技術(shù)積累的姜修磊博士于2019年創(chuàng)立。蘇州申賽是一家致力于開發(fā)可持續(xù)發(fā)泡技術(shù)和制造清潔、環(huán)保的輕質(zhì)發(fā)泡材料的公司。公司利用空氣中常見的氮?dú)夂投趸細(xì)怏w使塑料發(fā)生膨脹，在其內(nèi)部形成大量微納米氣泡，是一種純物理發(fā)泡過程。

該聯(lián)盟包括蘇州申賽向 Zotefoams 的授權(quán)技術(shù)許可、市場開發(fā)和合作協(xié)議，以及產(chǎn)品的區(qū)域分銷協(xié)議，其中 蘇州申賽獨(dú)特技術(shù)的某些產(chǎn)品將與 Zotefoams 現(xiàn)有和未來的產(chǎn)品系列一起銷售。兩家公司還將在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)方面進(jìn)行合作，相信這一聯(lián)盟是發(fā)泡行業(yè)向前邁出的重要一步。兩家公司攜手共進(jìn)，共同致力于可持續(xù)發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新。

Zotefoams將在協(xié)議的5年內(nèi)向蘇州申賽支付8000萬元人民幣的技術(shù)許可費(fèi)，這將支持蘇州申賽進(jìn)一步的技術(shù)開發(fā)和業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展。

Zotefoams and Shincell Global Alliance

7th. May 2024 – Suzhou Shincell New Materials Co., Ltd (“Shincell”) announces its Global Alliance Agreement with Zotefoams plc. (“Zotefoams”), a well-known enterprise in cellular materials, of Cryoden, United Kingdom.

Zotefoams and Shincell are two industry-leading technological companies that complement each other in  technology and the marketplace. This global alliance combines the great strength of Zotefoams' 100-year history supercritical N2 foaming with Shincell's latest innovations in supercritical foaming. Zotefoams plc, headquartered in Croydon, UK, is a well-known manufacturer of polymer foams and has been a key player in high-end foams technology since its inception in 1921. Products are widely used in aerospace, automotive, medical, high-performance sole materials and other industries. It is the exclusive global supplier of NIKE in its ZoomX series running shoe midsole materials.

Shincell, based in Suzhou, China, was founded in 2019 by Dr Xiulei Jiang, who has over 20 years’ experience in supercritical foaming research and technology. Shincell is a company dedicated to developing sustainable foaming technologies and manufacturing clean, environmentally friendly lightweight foam materials. The company uses nitrogen and carbon dioxide gases commonly found in the air to expand plastics and form a large number of micro and nano bubbles inside, a purely physical foaming process.

The alliance consists of agreements on technology licensing from Shincell to Zotefoams, market development and co-operation, and regional product distribution agreements, where certain products made of Shincell’s unique technology will be marketed alongside with Zotefoams’ existing and future product range. The companies will also co-operate on product R&D.  We are confident that this strong alliance means a significant milstone for the physical foaming industry. The two companies will work hand in hand with a shared commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Zotefoams will pay technology licensing fees of RMB 80million over the 5-year term of the agreement, which will support further the technological and business development of Shincell.
